Summer Reading Program - Sign Up Now

Attention all kids! Sign up for this year's Summer Reading Program at the Elbridge Free Library. The theme is Be Creative!

Stop in for a chart to keep track of what you're reading this summer, and win great prizes. Attend our many programs - from Disney Crafts to Pokemon to Zoo to You and more. There's something for everyone!

Taste of Elbridge - June 24th

The Elbridge Free Library will be participating in this year's Taste of Elbridge. Join us on Wednesday, June 24th, from 5 to 8 pm for a fruit and yogurt smoothie!

Smoothies are $1 each, and proceeds will go to benefit the Library.

2009 Garden Tour - July 12th

Be sure to take part in this year's Backyards of Elbridge - Garden Tour on Sunday, July 12th from 11 AM to 4 PM! View a variety of local gardens (native, water feature, shade, organic vegetable, rock, herb, and more).

Admission is $5, and children under 7 are free. Tickets can be purchased at the Elbridge Free Library, Elbridge Ace Hardware, and DeMarco's Nursery. Raffles, plants, and refreshments will be available at the Library. No pets please. All proceeds will go to benefit the Library.

Community Wide Garage Sale - July 18th

Mark your calendars! This year's Community Wide Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, July 18th. The Library will be selling homemade donuts at 9 am and hotdogs at noon. Gently used books will also be for sale.

Please remember to purchase your Garage Sale Permit at the Library for $5. Permits will be available starting in June.

Quilt Raffle

Stop in to see the beautiful, floral quilt created by the Sunday Night Quilters. Raffle tickets are available at $2 each or 3 for $5. The drawing will be held in December, and you do not need to be present to win. Proceeds will go to benefit the Library.

New Public Computers

The Elbridge Free Library now has 6 new, public computers. Check your email or search the Internet at super fast speeds. Research a school report using the many databases. Or type up and print your resume with Microsoft Word. The possibilities are endless.
